Has Alexandra is an armenian-american photographer & Creative Director

hello, my name is hasmik (haaasss-meek) ♡ you can call me Has (haaasss not hoz/haz). հասմիկ means jasmine flower in Armenian.

i find the most serenity with a camera in my hand. idk but I think that my purpose in life is to photograph & document the ethereal spectrum of creativity, culture, beauty, passion, strength, vulnerability, grief, healing & light.

my visuals aim to capture the space between the truth & a dream state — the transient balance between raw imperfections & celestial details.

I LOVE DOCUMENTING stories THAT HONOR THe divine feminine; the soft/strong duality of women, the alignment of our mind/body/spirit through movement & stillness, & the physically/spiritually transformative journey of motherhood

my commercial portfolio includes:

FASHION . BEAUTY . INTERIORS .FITNESS . WELLNESS . FOOD&BEV .

I am based in Los Angeles & available to travel wherever my camera takes me.

let’s work together

I was born in Yerevan, Armenia & raised in Los Angeles, California.

AS A PROUD IMMIGRANT, GERAZANTS,
IS AN ONGOING SERIES HONORING MY ARMENIAN ROOTS & homeland.

LALIENS, HONORS this beautiful & strange place I call home.

Our Divine Roots, is a portrait & interview series exploring cultural identity & spirituality of women in nature throughout LOS ANGELES.

I have always been intrigued by human behavior

My curiosity led me to an education in communications, followed by a career in marketing & branding. there, I was drawn to the creative side of my work — I found the most joy communicating visually, so I decided to pursue a photography career & never looked back.
